And, of course, the famous white sand beaches are just a short 2 block stroll from your doorstep. The home's interior features a spacious great room-style living area, including a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living room with HDTV, and a dining room that accommodates up to 6 guests at the dining table with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island. This setup encourages family bonding, where everyone can enjoy cooking, socializing, watching TV, or simply relaxing together. Step outside to the outdoor area, where you'll find a private heated pool and spa, a covered seating area with an outdoor dining table for 8 and a bar top for 2, a propane BBQ grill, a foosball table, and lush tropical landscaping. This space is perfect for unwinding and enjoying the Florida sunshine. On the upper level, the rooftop deck awaits, providing ample seating and standing room for everyone to witness the unforgettable sunrises over the intercostal waterway, and the incredible sunsets over the Gulf of America. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores. The pool is heated from approximately mid-October to Easter and is set at 85 degrees. During especially colder weather, we are unable to guarantee that the pool can maintained to the desired temperature. The attached spa has a control panel that will heat it up separately to 101 degrees (allow up to 1.5 hours for heating). Driveway parking includes up to 4 vehicles. Dogs 25lbs or less are welcome; a $175 Pet Fee is required per dog; no dangerous breeds allowed and no more than 2 dogs. Dogs that are not disclosed will result in additional cleaning charges to your reservation. Marina Proximity: Our home backs to the Bradenton Beach Marina, and there is on occasion associated noise related to the moving and storing of boats. The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach, walk to the downtown bars and restaurants, and everything is right there. The house was as pictured and advertised. Great views from rooftop deck. Lots of space! Would definitely return. Owners communicated the beaches were open and the water beautiful after the hurricanes and they were right. The walk to the beach is less than 4 minutes. Lots of cleanup to do, but everyone is trying to reopen as soon as possible. Easy to get around. Enjoyed Salt Bar and Table and Hurricane Hank's. ##### Marjorie M. It has a great location, it is super comfortable, and it is super spacious for a big family vacation. Jeff and Ingrid have a lot of toys for the kids to play with. It has all the things you need to spend the day at the beach. It helps so much to be able to have coolers, wagons, umbrellas and chairs for the family to enjoy the beach. Our family of 11 stayed in this house for a week. It was super convenient to shopping, the beach, and dining. The house had plenty of space for us all. The amenities that stood out for us were the pool (it was a HUGE hit), huge kitchen, space to relax together, and lots of parking space (we needed 2 rental cars and a golf cart) The owners were SO nice.
