 The elevator is currently awaiting parts and remains out of service until further notice. Additionally, the pool is still unavailable as we are waiting for the installation of the surrounding fencing.  
  
 We will provide further updates as soon as these amenities become available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 Directly on the Gulf of Mexico! Open the sliding glass doors to the covered private balcony and listen to the sound of the surf. Enjoy your day pool or beach side.   
  
 Furnished with a king size bed and a full-size Murphy bed and a dining table. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, 2 burner cook top, and toaster.   
  
 This property does have a large swimming pool and lounge area. There are two community charcoal grills(charcoal not provided) on property with sitting areas.   
  
 Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore taking advantage of the free island trolley.  
  
 Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and is one half mile long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.  
  
 \*\*Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with A Paradise Vacation Rentals. We are not notified by nor can we be held responsible for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay.  
  
 You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. We had an amazing time on AMI. Drinking coffee on the deck in the mornings with an awesome view was a highlight for sure. Great location, easy parking, effortless check in. Comfortable king bed and bedding - we didn’t use the 2nd pull down bed. AC was replaced during our stay and was working great the rest of the time. Would stay there again for sure.

Love this property. This was my second stay. Great location, check in easy, all the amenities needed in the unit. The only complaints are the PTAC AC unit is so loud, and you have to be a scientist to work the TV.

#### Great beach and location

The beach and access to the beach was wonderful. The unit was just OK for the price. Beautiful view but we could not get the AC to go below 77 degrees even though the thermostat said 60\. It was quite warm at night. Also very sparse on items such as trash bags, dishwashing towel and a few other general items that I am sure other people have left. Still an ok property with great beach, views and wonderful views of sunset.

#### Perfect little condo on the beach!

This was such a cute condo! It was clean and the location can’t be beat! The neighborhood felt safe and there were many places within walking distance. It was a perfect place to stay for a solo trip, but it would be perfect for couples or friends, too. The property manager was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I have told so many of my friends and family about this place, and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

#### Good location and an even better beach.

Outstanding view. The unit we were in was clean and smelled clean upon our arrival. We saw dolphins from the balcony multiple mornings during our stay. The beach in front of the building was not crowded. One negative is that the shower drain is extremely slow. The other negative is that the WiFi in the room wasn’t working even after a full shutdown and restart as documented in the owners instruction book. All things considered, we would stay there again.

#### Anniversary trip

The condo was nice, location was perfect. Only complaint would be the a/c not being powerful enough. We ended up keeping the shades drawn during the day to keep the room cool enough to sleep. I don’t think that would have been enough during the summer months and of course cuts out on your view during the day.

#### Great Place with a Great View

Everything we needed for our long weekend in AMI. Property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. View off the back balcony was perfect for sunsets. Comfortably fits a family of 4.

#### Beautiful place to relax

This was an unexpected visit and it was such a treat. We had a rough start to our vacation so we were very happy to be right on the beautiful beach. The pool was heated and relaxing. The studio was well stocked and we had plenty of towels etc. could have nicer bedding and better cleaning tools as we had a hard time managing the sand despite leaving shoes outside. Maybe a swifter could better manage the floors. Sitting on the balcony was the best and sunsets remarkable. We will definantly be back. Thank you.

#### Location Location Location

Property management was very communicative during the entire process. Club Bamboo 125 was perfect for my wife and me. It was adequately appointed (even had a blender that we didn't expect), clean, and just the right size. The sunset views were out of this world. The shower drained a little slowly but not enough to call about it; although it should be addressed. The bed was more comfortable than expected - firm memory foam - it was very nice. The weather was a little cooler when we got there due to the winter storm that affected the entire eastern seaboard, but was beautiful during the day and warmed up before we left. The pool was warm, 86 degrees, I believe, which was great for us since it was a little cooler out and felt really nice. The location of the condo was just about perfect. With all the free shuttles (LOVED THE MONKEY BUS), it wasn't hard getting to the bars, restaurants and shopping. We took the island trolley (also free) one day all the way up to the Sandbar, because parking can be tough. Beach was nice, even if the ocean water was a little cold. We absolutely loved Bamboo Club 125 and would not hesitate to stay again.
