Maximum 1 vehicle Directly on the Gulf of Mexico! Open the sliding glass doors to the covered private balcony and listen to the sound of the surf. Enjoy your day pool or beach side. Furnished with a king size bed, love seat and ottoman (both are twin Pull outs) dining table. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, 2 burner cook top, and toaster. This property does have a large swimming pool and lounge area. There are two community charcoal grills(charcoal not provided) on property with sitting areas. Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore taking advantage of the free island trolley. Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and is one half mile long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts. \*\*Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit. What stood out was the cleanliness, the heated pool, the sounds of the ocean right off your balcony, the sunsets and the easy walk down the beach to the little town. It’s not in the hustle bustle , but just close enough to enjoy all that Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island have to offer. We will definitely be back. Beautiful as it was right on the beach. No complaints at all there. However, one evening going out for dinner we noticed our car had some residue leaking on it from the unit under which we were parked. Looked to be condensation line mixing with something else (plaster, paint). Stained our car in multiple locations and cannot get it off (even with gasoline). Tried to convey the issue to management with pictures of car (multiple emails and calls) and their property where the leak was coming from but correspondence has been very poor and am still waiting to hear something, and we’re already home. ##### Imran H. This is our second time in this same apartment, it was very clean, the view from the balcony is perfect! It worked great for my husband and I. My only complaints, like the rest- the closet isn’t the most usable space, due to it being full of things. And there is no broom to sweep the sand out of the condo!! Our feet felt disgusting the entire time. I kept a washrag by the bed and would wipe them off before i pulled them up into bed.
