The nicely landscaped outdoor space with grills, tables, and Adirondack chairs provides additional space to relax. Note; the couch in front of the TV is petite...to the point of being 3/4 sized for the 'lounge.' However, as we were there to be outdoors and on the beach, not watching TV or stuck inside, not really an issue. The AC's porch and breakfast nook was very welcoming. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The courtyard was beautiful. Our hosts were awesome! During our stay it was in the 40's and 50's and windy. The unit was warm and cozy and the king size bed was comfortable! We loved the little getaway on the island that was within walking distance to most everything....the beach, the cute historic downtown, restaurants and shopping. Chris was a pleasure to work with and the property is beautiful and well maintained. Called the rental agent & never called back. I found out a few days later that the property was sold to someone else. Although the unit was pretty, kitchen updated, there was not one comfortable place to sit. Location was perfect, steps to the free trolley & beach. They had nice beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels & anything else you would need for the beach. Best of everything to the new owner. ##### Donna F. Condo was as stated in online listing. The extra amenities provided (beach cart, chairs, umbrella, beach towels!) were much appreciated! Courtyard area is beautiful and well maintained.
