The nicely landscaped outdoor space with grills, tables, and Adirondack chairs provides additional space to relax. Note; the couch in front of the TV is petite...to the point of being 3/4 sized for the 'lounge.' However, as we were there to be outdoors and on the beach, not watching TV or stuck inside, not really an issue. The AC's porch and breakfast nook was very welcoming. Called the rental agent & never called back. I found out a few days later that the property was sold to someone else. Although the unit was pretty, kitchen updated, there was not one comfortable place to sit. Location was perfect, steps to the free trolley & beach. They had nice beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels & anything else you would need for the beach. Best of everything to the new owner. ##### Donna F. Condo was as stated in online listing. The extra amenities provided (beach cart, chairs, umbrella, beach towels!) were much appreciated! Courtyard area is beautiful and well maintained. The unit was very clean, well stocked with linens and utensils and the grounds are well maintained and quiet.
