We love this place. We have stayed here several times and it’s always awesome. It’s located right by the beach a a couple blocks from the bay. Oh, and the trolley stop is right at the end of the road which is about 50 feet away!!! Great location! Christine was available for any questions or comments moments we had.

Christine and Kevin were readily available to welcome us to our apartment. Our apartment was clean with provided dishes, pots, bathroom amenities…, along with being quiet and having a comfortable bed. Having a washer and dryer was a nice bonus. We had access to many restaurants… the free trolley was great to get around. We were so close to watching the magnificent sunsets. Parking space was provided in front of our apartment. Christine and Kevin made us feel welcome. We plan on staying, here, again, due to the location and friendliness of Christine and Kevin.

Excellent place in a great location. Beautiful Beach right across the street. Centrally located. Quick access to other beaches, mainland. Nice pool area as well.Owner communicates very well and can be reached easily to answer any questions. Will definitely plan to stay again

We could not have asked for a more professional, caring, honest and gracious host than what we got with Christine!!From the moment of our booking several months in advance, Christine was with us every step of the way. She answered phone calls and returned texts and emails with any questions or concerns we had. She gave us simplified directions to the property directing us where to park which was literally right in front of our unit. She gave us property access codes, internet WiFi passwords, suggestions on where to dine and where to play. The location was Amazing. Anna Maria Island is a hidden gem, not as crowded as some of the other beaches. Just what we were looking for. We were literally steps away from the Gulf. The unit and accommodations were wonderful! Practically everything we needed was included. There wasn’t much we really needed to bring and we’ll remember that next time we stay here. I wish we had photos to post to show you, however take our word, this place was actually better than their own pictures show. Having its own pool around back was just an added bonus. If you’re concerned about her pricing, we shopped around while we were here. She’s pretty much unbeatable. We definitely got our money’s worth and We Will Be Back! #### Perfect space for two!

This place is the perfect spot and size for a couple. My boyfriend and I stayed here in December of 2023 and came back this July. It is right across the road from the beach! Christine is a great host and made everything run smoothly with booking, checking in and out, etc. We will definitely be returning.

#### Best little cozy place!!! 

Our stay was wonderful. First time visiting, and we were not disappointed!! Such a cute, clean, quiet area and rental! Easy walking distance to the beach with multiple local restaurants around. The neighborhood felt very safe, especially at night walking to and from the beach. Our place also had all the necessities we needed for a comfortable stay. We will be back!

#### Bright, Breezy, and Steps from the Sand!

I had a fantastic stay at the Coastal Getaway Retreat on Bradenton Beach. The unit was bright, cheerful, and had everything I needed for a relaxing vacation. From a fully equipped kitchen and on-site laundry to reliable AC and all the little comforts of home—it was truly effortless to settle in.The location couldn’t have been better. Just across the street from a gorgeous, uncrowded beach with soft white sand. Parking was easy, and the unit was close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores, which made everything super convenient.The host was incredibly accessible, friendly, and made me feel truly welcome. Communication was easy and helpful from start to finish.Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and comfortable beach getaway. Can’t wait to come back!
