Located on beautiful Anna Maria Island, the area boasts stunning beaches like Bradenton Public Beach and Holmes Beach. CONSTRUCTION Please note that there is construction taking place at the neighboring property. You may hear some noise during regular work hours, but we expect your stay to remain comfortable. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited at the risk of fines and possible eviction. SAFETY Since tides affect swimming, fishing, and beachcombing, it’s always best to check the tide schedule before heading out. EVENTS Hosting parties and events in this Wander is strictly not allowed without prior approval. POOL HEAT The pool is available year-round. There is a $150/day fee for pool heating at this home. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay. PETS Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out.
