 Distance to the Beach: across the street  
 Hot Tub and 2 Community Pools - 1 gulf front  
  
 This spacious townhouse with a private elevator\* is just steps away from the beaches. Enjoy the open floor plan and large screened lanai. The master bath suite has two sinks, large shower, and separate jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a tub/shower combination.  
 The half bath is conveniently located near the living area. A two car private garage, complimentary beach lounge chairs, and a private beach access directly across the street are all part of the amenities. No grilling is allowed in the community.  
  
 There is a covered pier located on the Intracoastal waterway complete with swing that makes it a perfect place to see sunrise or enjoy the sights of birds and fish jumping on the bay.   
  
 Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.  
  
 Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore riding on the free trolley. There are convenient stops the length of the island.  
  
 \*\*Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with A Paradise Vacation Rentals. We are not notified by nor can we be held responsible for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay.

#### Great Soring Break Getaway

Check in process was flawless. Very friendly and kind rental company. Townhouse was very clean, spacious, organized with many extras. My husband kept saying the pics online don’t do the place justice. Better than expected! So many fun restaurants on the island, beautiful beach across the street m, etc. We will be back. :)

The place was great, we have stayed at many of the units at BBC and this one was very neatly decorated. Nice job! The only thing I would suggest, and it’s very minor, is just upgrade to a digital locking system for convenience. Great time, great unit, great mgt group.

#### Everything You Need

This property has everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is very well outfitted with everything you need to eat in-house on vacation. The unit is clean and comfortable and well decorated. We enjoyed our trip! We could watch the sunrise over the sound and the sunset on the beach!

#### a proper vacation home

We spent over 2 weeks at this home over the winter holidays. It was lovingly decorated, close to the beach, hot tub, and pool. Notably, the home was very well stocked with many. household items, not like other homes where you may get a half roll of toilet paper and one coffee filter. It even came with bathrobes. My 10 year old son loves bathrobes and he proclaimed that "now this is a proper vacation home". Thanks to the owners and the property management company. Well done!
