The sound of the waves just steps from our lanai was so relaxing. Being able to open the large doors to fully the sights and sounds was amazing! My child loved it and the layout is ideal! I was very happy choosing this condominium. Everything was included! It was clean, spacious, and right on the beach. Location was perfect for us. Right in between the downtown and Bridge Street area. The beach was perfect to walk on every morning. There was so much closet space and the kitchen was very well equipped for all of our needs. Beach chairs were also included! We are certainly not going to complain about the one lamp in the bedroom like a lot of people have. We don't spend much time in the condo, so that was the least of our worries. Beautiful view from property and just steps from an uncrowded beach. There was a private storage closet available in the parking lot to store beach toys/chairs. There were a few toys in the closet. We rented an umbrella and chairs and had them delivered to the unit. Washer and drier in the unit. There was not a private or community grill. ##### Timothy G.
