Tried to stop by the office several times on second day but no one there. The first time was at 905am and was supposed to be open at 9\. Tried again on day 2 and nothing. I gave up at that point. I asked a few other renters and they never saw any one in the office either. Must be running on island time. Everything was smooth so I didn't need anything, luckily. There was a number to call if there was an issue but didn’t need it. We left before they opened so again no staff. Also the location is fine except when trying cross road to get to the beach. Beach was right across the street and the pool and hottub were nice when the beach and ocean got too cold. Friends came to enjoy our pool bc theirs was tiny with no hottub. Kids has a great time. The one issue we had was fixed immediately by staff. Staff was friendly and our stay was great. Would definitely recommend. ##### Trish H.
