You can kayak, fish and watch for dolphins in bay or walk across the road to the beach. We had a phenomenal time. The location was great. Our older kids were able to take the trolly around the island while we hung out at the beach. The condo was quite and had a great pool. The condo overall needs a little attention. Sheetrock work and painting where leaks have occurred would be suggested. Property was mostly clean except living area that had not been vacuumed. There were some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but they were not show stoppers. The location of property was excellent with a beautiful view of the bay. We received some erroneous email communications from Island Vacation Properties. There was no checkin envelope at the property managers office and their office was not even open during the prime Saturday afternoon checkin window.
