We're happy to share that as of September 19, 2025, the pool and elevator are now open for guest use. Thank you for your patience while these amenities were unavailablewe're excited for you to enjoy them again! Saturday to Saturday bookings during the months of January through March. 24 hour parking for one car. No overnight guest parking. Parking permits required. Please know an application with the homeowner's association is required to obtain parking permits. The application fee is covered in your reservation. Directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the view from this condo is breathtaking! Undercover parking, an open-air lanai, and elevator complete the package. There is a large heated pool and spa directly on the beach. The sleeping arrangements include a king sized bed in the Master bedroom which is equipped with a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features two Twin beds and a guest bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. \*\*Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from the unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with A Paradise Vacation Rentals. We are not notified of, nor can we be held responsible, for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay. This condo was recently renovated and it is incredible! Inside had any cookware that you’d need and beds were very comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean, great pool that never got crowded, quick walk out to the beach. Location was perfect, close to Publix and Walgreens, easy drive to restaurants in Anna Maria.
