Saturday to Saturday bookings during the months of January through March. 24 hour parking for one car. No overnight guest parking. Parking permits required. Please know an application with the homeowner's association is required to obtain parking permits. The application fee is covered in your reservation. Directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the view from this condo is breathtaking! Undercover parking, an open-air lanai, and elevator complete the package. There is a large heated pool and spa directly on the beach. This gorgeous condo is one of the largest at the Anna Maria Island Club. It has been completely renovated from top to bottom. There is a pocket door separting the guest room, creating a double suite feature which is perfect for privacy. Featuring stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico this unit offers a spacious balcony that is ideal for enjoying the breathtaking beach views. \*\*Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from the unit.
