Undercover parking, an open-air lanai, and elevator complete the package. There is a large heated pool and spa directly on the beach. Nice and quiet, clean and the bed was comfortable. Host was GREAT! Beach was never crowded and had amazing sunsets with lots of sea life to see. Shells and sand dollars everywhere to collect and beautiful white sand. The condo had enough cooking supplies. The remodeled bathroom was nice, but we personally didn’t like the shower due to the glass and no door. Had to be careful not to get water on the floor with the amazing shower heads.We would definitely stay again. Make sure you get extra trash bags and something to clean counters with, we didn’t have any disinfectant spray to clean with. Had tons of beach chairs and umbrella with toys too if you have kids. The pool was closed due to repairs, but our wonderful host compensated us for that, which was very nice. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and beautiful condo ( unit 12 ) we definitely enjoyed our anniversary week and relaxed. I highly recommend Holy cow ice cream shop! lol and C ponies horseback riding for an amazing experience in the ocean on horseback. Location, view, beach are all fantastic. The apartment is nice, in need of some updates but nothing that impacted the quality of our stay there (and I believe that's priced in already). Biggest challenge for us was the need for a security FOB to access certain points (some were key access, some you had to have the FOB), the pool in particular, you only get 1 FOB so we needed to coordinate who was where and who had the FOB, kinda a pain in the butt and I actually had to climb over a wall to get out of the pool area once. Biggest discrepancy between listing description and reality is in the MBR; listing indicates a king size bed but it's actually a queen. May not matter to some but correct the listing please. Over all, I am comfortable recommending this place and would stay there again. ##### Marc D.
