This breezy home away from home is conveniently located only two blocks from the beach and less than a mile from the heart of Bradenton Beach, featuring many restaurants and fun attractions, including Bridge St, The Fish Hole Miniature Golf, Bridge Street Clock Tower, Anna Maria Pier, and Sea Rocket Gulf Coast Parasail. When you book this duplex, you have access to a heated outdoor pool that is shared with the other duplex, along with a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off the sand. As you enter, a coastal-themed open floor plan will greet you. Enjoy a sunny living area with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained during your stay. The living area opens to a balcony overlooking the neighboring homes. When mealtime comes, prepare tasty homemade meals and snacks on the go for your family and friends. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a dishwasher for easy clean ups. This very clean and beach themed rental really was a three minute easy walk to the beach! It had beach towels and beach chairs available and we went back and forth to the beach a couple times a day. The beach was very quiet and absolutely gorgeous! The shared pool was very clean and refreshing and just next door. Comfortable beds, and nice big bathroom sink vanities to lay out all our bathroom items. Big walk in shower in the king bedroom. It would be nice to have known where the washer and dryer were located and where the pool was located. The post made it seem like it was at our condo not in the other condo. There were some things that we found odd, the light switches didn’t work for the ceiling lights. I think the king bed maybe a little broken. The lights in the bathroom were going out and flickered a lot. It might need some updating for somethings. The WiFi on the tvs didn’t really work and the tv in the bedroom with the twins may also be broken. We also didn’t have bbq tools to use the grill. Nails and screws everywhere outside. couldn’t even get to the house bc of construction trucks blocking the road. Cockroaches in the laundry room that isn’t even a part of the house. Sink was also nasty and had spider webs in it. You must walk downstairs, outside to the back side of the house? There are also cameras in laundry room. The pool - yeah it’s across the street, through a fence that’s a part of another house and it was absolutely disgusting. Slimy, brown water and just nasty! The home is very old and extremely unkept. The floors were full of dust and dirt. There was opened roach bait left in the cabinets as well as used and opened food. The kitchen utensils are dirty and rusted. The pots were falling apart. We were honestly worried to use them. There is also a wildlife rescue right beside the house with all types of animals and loud birds. The owls do their thing all night!! The pictures of this house were so deceiving. The company that manages the home is horrible!!! Tried to communicate with them and literally had NINE different people respond and none of them were helpful. We couldn’t even walk on the floor without our socks being covered in dust and dirt. Our children couldn’t play in the floor either. We ended up checking out over 48 hours early because of the condition of the home. ##### James A. Jul 27, 2025 #### Bradenton Beach house The outside of the property is nothing special. But the inside is very nice. Well kept and clean. Beach towels provided. AC worked very well. The best feature was the POOL. Very nice to come from the beach and wash your body and feet at the outside shower. then taken a dip in the pool. Or just hang at the pool. We had to share the pool with the other quests but it was not a big deal. Lots of items for children an adults to use in the pool as well as chairs and loungers. Nice grills to use for each rental as well as the property was well lit. Great parking spaces. ##### cheryl r. Some things are a little dated, but others have been newly updated. The light switches were thoroughly confusing, but we were able to make things work. Sep 14, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Needs work. Balcony chairs not stable. Sleeps 7 but bedding for 5\. No ice trays which is odd since there 's no ice machine. Pictures on wall werent level. We didnt realize pool was in front of a different building. The pull out bed should've been inspected since there were nacho crumbs in the bed. We understand there's been work done since hurricane but maybe the cleaning people should be more detailed. There was no hand wash soap in one bathroom. I could go on but i think you get the picture. Even the pool area needs a bit of pickup and cleaning. ##### Johanne G.
