Sea Breeze Cottage is an 1,100 sq. ft. 3-bedroom space - modern home by proximity to city amenities and cozy cottage by proximity to the ocean. It has an optimal location (1km to Brackley Beach National Park), and is conveniently central to island-wide adventure.
The Space
Lovingly built in 2018, this cottage is our dream come reality. My husband is a contractor from Saskatchewan and I a teacher from the island; this summer reprieve is the finishing touch on the joining of our lives, as we live year-round in the prairies and yearn for the salt air each summer. Know when booking to stay with us, you will reside where we have always imagined creating our own family memories.
Enjoy the views on our south-facing veranda or north-facing patio; the latter equipped with an outdoor dining space and BBQ, which is accessible from the cottage & expansive backyard.
Over the front veranda and through the front private entrance to the cottage, you will find an airy and open-concept living space comprised of a living room (air mattress or pack-n-play available upon request), dining area (with rear private entrance to partially-covered back patio), and contemporary kitchen (three stainless steel appliances). This space is designed to take advantage of the natural light and urges guests to unwind and make yourselves at home.
The hallway leads to 3 spacious bedrooms (each equipped with a queen bed, storage space, large window, darkening blinds, and closet - hangers included), a beautifully designed full bathroom (with tub), and laundry closet with a stacking washer and dryer nestled inside. Accessible from two bedrooms, you will find an additional powder room.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to all living areas and yard.
Guests will also have access to a Canada National Park Pass for duration of stay; however, must leave pass upon check-out, otherwise liable for replacement costs.
Interaction With Guests
Either myself, my husband, or our property manager are available for guest services. We also have other family in the neighbourhood for emergencies.
