« Okay this may be my new favorite hidden gem hotel in San Antonio! First off, the staff was absolutely top notch! Heather was phenomenal during check in! She was so great with my cranky overstimulated kids! She absolutely made our night with her kindness! Even the other hotel guests were incredibly kind with us and our children! The construction was annoying, I-35 is bad enough-but our trip was excellent and this hotel far exceeded my expectations!! »

« Room was excellent, very helpful staff, really enjoyed the full breakfast at La Quinta. There were two challenges with our stay; first, the side door at the bottom of the stairwell was always open, making it easy for anyone without a card key to enter the building; and second, the pool was easily accessible, but it had not been cleaned, so we spent the first 15 minutes cleaning and skimming the pool before we got in. Location is awesome; easy access to the highway to our destinations in Garden...

« I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The first room provided was poorly maintained and infested with roaches and mosquitoes. While the front desk was responsive and moved me to a second room, that room was also problematic because the shower was not working, which unfortunately prevented me from getting ready for work. I'm not able to recommend staying here given these maintenance and cleanliness issues. VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY :( »
