I had booked a single room and when I arrived (late, past 10 pm, after a long journey) I had a shower immediately. « L'hôtel en soi est très bien. Mais... l'ascenseur du parking était en panne. Trois étages à pied, donc. Or, le parking coûte tout de même 25 euros la nuit ! Quand j'ai dit en partant qu'ils pourraient faire une réduction vu les circonstances (je plaisantais à moitié, mais en fait pas tant que ça), les deux hôtesses à l"accueil m'ont rembarré. Pire, elles n'étaient même pas au courant que l'ascenseur du parking était en panne, ce qui est un peu gênant dans un hôtel de cette classe. Pas très...

"L'hôtel en soi est très bien. Mais... l'ascenseur du parking était en panne. Trois étages à pied, donc. Or, le parking coûte tout de même 25 euros la nuit ! Quand j'ai dit en partant qu'ils pourraient faire une réduction vu les circonstances (je plaisantais à moitié, mais en fait pas tant que ça), les deux hôtesses à l"accueil m'ont rembarré. Pire, elles n'étaient même pas au courant que l'ascenseur du parking était en panne, ce qui est un peu gênant dans un hôtel de cette classe. Pas très sympa."
