No elevators, weird layout. Beds were decent, everything was more of a 2 star vs. 3 star. Walls are thin and sound travels from hallway to the rooms on the first floor. The room in the corner has views of the gas station and the bathroom smelt like mildew.

No room available without stairs. No guide on how to use the TV/cable system and it was the weirdest we have ever seen. Bed uncomfortable.

Just a quick overnight stay so not using the hotel for much. The gentleman at the front desk, Max, was courteous and helpful in suggesting some dinner recommendations.

Mediocre hotel
Staff was friendly but hotel was extremely dated and lack of elevators a big inconvenience! Desk clerk wanted to put us on third floor but since we had two big suitcases did not seem feasible. They put us on first floor which was down four steps which was better but still not fun with the big suitcases. The room itself was clean and beds comfortable. Rooms have window AC which ran all night - loud unless you like white noise to sleep but irritating if you like quiet. We would not stay there again.

Decent stay option in Bozeman
Decent option for an overnight stay. Check in was easy, room was clean and stay was comfortable. Will get the job done. Try to get a room without carpet.

The website was very misleading. It read that there was breakfast every day and there was not. The fitness room was a joke.

Great stay in Bozeman!
It’s amazing how one person can make a hotel stay memorable. The young woman, Bobbie, at the front desk was one of those people. She was welcoming, gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions, and allowed us to have a late check out which was incredibly helpful so that I could shower after running the Bozeman marathon before taking off for a few days visiting Yellowstone National Park. Hotel was in a very convenient location, and was quiet and comfortable.

Great choice!

The staff was uncommonly friendly. The hotel is nice, with a non-standard architecture; our room was upgraded to a suite whose main room had a cathedral ceiling; that was an amazing place. But independent of that, there was a general style of considerateness that many other hotels are missing; e.g., in the laundry room, one did not have to buy a packet of detergent, but they had a bottle standing around for the use of the guests, and there were chairs, for the time waiting until the laundry is done. These are trivial things, but other hotels did not provide them.

Nice stay
Beds were very comfortable. No elevator available but the facility was decorated nicely. Staff was super friendly, we enjoyed our brief stay.

Nice, pet friendly
Warm welcome, staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comortable with a great bed. Njce lobby were they turned on The fireplace so i could relax and read with my dog, on a rainy afternoon. The only issue was the steps getting to my room...there were only a few but i Do have some physical limitations so packing and unpacking the car was a little challenging.

Only stayed for 1 night and for that it was good. Standard hotel room; nothing special. Conditioner was empty. Front desk staff non-existent at times and no way to summon. Convenient to expressway and walkable to downtown Bozeman.
