Ideally located three blocks from historic main street, this beautiful newer Spanish style home has views of the Bridger Mountains and is kitty corner from a large city park. The Downtown Villa is managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, a small homegrown Bozeman company with over 20 years of experience. For more reviews and information, including a self-guided 3D walkthrough, search the name of the house plus the words 3D Bozeman. Ticking all the boxes - location, style, size, amenities - this new listing is already a favorite! When you walk in the front door, the high ceilings, large windows, and concrete floors set the tone of a quiet, solid-build home. The main floor is open with two doors to the outside courtyard complete with shade trees, a bbq and plenty of outdoor furniture in summer. The kitchen has granite and composite counter-tops and all the amenities from home. Prepare meals with ease as it comes fully equipped with new appliances, and a great supply of cookware, dinnerware, spices and dry goods. The dining room table and extra chairs can accommodate a large family gathering of 8 people. The living room has a comfortable seating and sitting chairs for relaxing and visiting, playing games or watching movies. There is a large tv with full cable service in the upstairs living room which has high, vaulted ceilings. The main floor has two queen size bedrooms and a full bathroom in addition to the kitchen, living and dining areas. Going upstairs from the main floor brings you to a large living room with vaulted ceilings and leather furniture along with a very large tv with cable. The primary king bedroom is spacious with great views and a small bedroom deck facing west for afternoon sun year-round. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other upstairs bedroom also has a king bed, ample closet storage, and there is a second full bathroom with a tub/shower. Just across the street is Beall Park which is a full city block of space with a basketball hoop, playground, and a nice event center which you can rent very reasonably from the City of Bozeman. In winter the park becomes an ice rink. Our goal is for people to enjoy the home and their time together with friends and family. As with all Bozeman Cottage vacation rentals, this home is fully equipped with a drip style coffee maker, coffee grinder, a starter pack of fresh, local coffee, linens, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, dry goods (flour, sugar, etc), EO brand non-toxic body products, and comes with organic coffee & grinder. We also provide extensive local info on everything from where to buy real Montana meat & locally grown vegetables to great hiking trails, rafting links to restaurant coupons.
