The condo is equipped with everything you need for a good night sleep. We make sure to maintain an extremely clean unit and disinfect after each and every stay. Premium bedding, smart tv, wifi, high speed internet, and coffee/tea bar are only a few of our many amenities. Unfortunately, my children were disappointed to learn that the picture showing the “exterior” of the complex was actually not anywhere on the property and that we did not have access to a pool as shown. I did appreciate that there were box fans available as the unit does not have AC and we were visiting during a hot spell. The only thing I would recommend for anyone staying - if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. The floors are pretty thin and when the upstairs neighbors are walking around, talking, and opening/closing doors, especially in the middle of the night, it can get pretty loud. Obviously the owners have no control over this, and it was really only an issue one night, but if you have trouble sleeping you should keep it in mind. Bathroom towel supply does not include wash cloths (seemed odd) but did supply black make up towels.. maybe assuming we would use those as wash clothes?! The kitchen supplies are very minimal. The downstairs unit remained pretty cool in the heat, so we didn't need the provided fans. Enough kitchen supplies to do basic cooking, but we mostly ate out. Owner very responsive to questions. The condo is in a quad unit in an area of other quads. There are parks within 2 blocks to walk. I always felt safe, but the area is not "high-rent". Travis was GREAT. Awesome communicator and very attentive. The unit is clean and functionally - just a bit sparse. Limited dishes (4 of everything). Not much decor. Great if you are a minimalist. We would stay again.
