The penthouse condo faces south (the quiet side of the building, away from downtown), for peaceful sunlight and mountain views. It has an upscale, well-stocked gourmet kitchen, an over-size shower, and luxury finishes. Enjoy your view of the mountains from your private deck and balcony. We are friendly to all, and look forward to you enjoying our family-owned place as much as we do when our friends or family come to stay. Reserved off-street parking for 1 car is included. Our home has 1 king bed, as well as a travel crib and a couch (the place is comfortable for 2 adults max, as well as 1-2 children). The address is 718 W. Babcock St., in the SOBO building. Only a 12-minute walk from MSU campus, less than a 10-minute walk from The Elm music venue. Long-term discounts available, just ask! Located in the new SOBO building at 718 W.
