The penthouse condo faces south (the quiet side of the building, away from downtown), for peaceful sunlight and mountain views. It has an upscale, well-stocked gourmet kitchen, an over-size shower, and luxury finishes. Enjoy your view of the mountains from your private deck and balcony. We are friendly to all, and look forward to you enjoying our family-owned place as much as we do when our friends or family come to stay. Reserved off-street parking for 1 car is included. Our home has 1 king bed, as well as a travel crib and a couch (the place is comfortable for 2 adults max, as well as 1-2 children). The address is 718 W. Babcock St., in the SOBO building. The walk from downtown is short and safe and the Latch entry system is seamless. The building is secure and quiet, and the unit was very clean and well provisioned.
