Erin,Management closed the pool due to chemical and mechanical issues. That was completely out of our control. Our Front desk at the time, Annique informed you of this. Only to be met with what she described as a push-back and abrasive attitude. You then proceeded to allow the four kids with you to enter the pool. I understand the frustration of not having the pool open during your stay, this was for safety of our guests and the pool to get rebalanced chemically to allow it to be open sooner than later. This does not allow any guest to ignore the instructions of the front desk, who informed you multiple times of the closure. David was called by Annique to assist her in vacating your kids from the pool itself, not the hot tub. He in no way stated that you removed the sign simply asked if you had removed it. The whole interaction was the result of you not complying with staff, so he recorded it (which you were aware of) for reference purposes only. As you were non-compliant and using unnecessary language (IE Tyrant to describe him) trying to get you to follow our closure order.
