After trying both the messaging (who told me to refer to the "property instructions" on the app, again they were not there) and office lines with no luck, I had to call the “emergency” number just to get in—at 4:30pm on a weekday.A throw blanket listed as an amenity wasn’t provided until I asked for it. The bathroom toiletries didn’t quite match the description and some looked old or possibly expired. The TV/cable setup was extremely outdated—no channel guide and a frustrating delay between channels made it nearly unusable. I gave up trying after the first day.The biggest caution, though, is the noise. The building is directly across from what must be a very popular college bar, and the bedroom window faces Main Street. It was loud well past 1am, with groups walking and talking right below the bedroom window. If you’re someone who values quiet nights or likes to sleep with the windows open, this may not be the best fit. The portable AC helped a bit but didn’t fully cool the space or block the street noise.Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible—and it might suit someone with different priorities—but as someone looking for a restful trip, I would not stay again. ##### Alyssa S. The apartment was centrally located and walking distance to wonderful restaurants, bars and shops. Despite its proximity to the many bars in downtown Bozeman, we never heard much of the noise that comes with it. The apartment itself was cozy and very comfortable, ideal for two people. Each one I've stayed at is always clean and super spacious. Being in the middle of downtown is nice. Parking can sometimes be an issue (shared lot w/ several businesses). Quiet, which is nice for a downtown location. Grocery co-op is close for any food needed. Comfortable accommodations. I rated the check-in lower because I was told I could have an hour early check-in but the help team couldn’t get the lock reset an hour earlier. So I sat on my luggage for an hour. Once my original checkin time rolled around it was easy. Although the tech support definitely tried and was very responsive. ##### Amy S. Didn’t want to open window during the night bc our bedroom window was located right along the back staircase. This made sleeping tough bc AC did not reach the bedroom. Location was fantastic. We parked our car after driving to destinations during the day and walked everywhere. The parking is a bit tricky in back of the building but we always got a spot. A couple times we parked in the 2 hour lot next door and waited until a spot cleared. Most of the time people were parking to pick up food at one of the eateries and left in a timely manner.
