Hike, bike, golf, ski or just view the mountains! They are all available right out your back door at this lovely townhome ideally located next to Bridger Creek Golf Course and the Bridger mountains. The trail system with endless trails, perfect for summer hiking or biking or winter cross country skiing, runs adjacent to the townhome and Bridger Bowl is only a 15-minute drive away. Grab your golf clubs and hit the links just up the road. Or in five minutes you can be in downtown Bozeman and all it has to offer.  
  
The lovely home has an open floor plan and provides a great space for hosting family and friends for dinner or an evening in front of the fire! With stainless appliances and lots of counter space, the fully equipped kitchen is a joy to work in. Everything you need is at your fingertips. A mid-stay cleaning fee will be charged after each 30 days. The Stay Montana property manager will coordinate a day and time for these mid-stay cleans to occur.  
  
So whether you open the sliding glass doors to sit on the patio while enjoying the fresh, mountain air; or whether you cozy up on the couch next to the gas fireplace and watch the snow fall, this home provides everything you need to relax and enjoy your Montana vacation!  
  
In the winter, nearby Bridger Bowl is a local's favorite for downhill skiing with 350 inches of snow on average, 8 lifts, and 2,000 skiable acres! You can also drive to Big Sky for even bigger downhill skiing or cross-country ski at Lone Mountain Ranch, voted #1 Nordic Ski Resort in North America. Looking for more thrills? Check out ice climbing in the Hyalite Canyon. After a day of adventuring, relax at Bozeman Hot Springs or hit the town! As a college town, Bozeman is always bustling with activity and something for everyone.  
  
In the summer, Bozeman boasts numerous events and festivals like the Sweet Pea Festival, rodeos and MSU Graduation. It's a central home base for countless summer activities including touring Yellowstone National Park, fishing, rafting, hiking, tubing, golfing, shopping, or sampling menus at all the great restaurants nearby.  
  
Mid-stay cleanings are required for all reservations longer than 36 days. The first mid-stay clean is automatically included when you make your reservation. If your reservation requires more than one mid-stay clean, our Guest Service Team will reach out to collect the additional fees. #### Nice condo, but needs a little attention

The condo was nice and in a great location. Some items need some attention. The skillets are in tough shape and need replaced. The kitchen knives are in dire need of sharpening. The TV had limited Chanel’s. It had three different remotes with no instructions. Never did get anything to work except a few cable Chanel’s. It really is time to do a deep cleaning, kitchen had a lot of greasy items and the carpets are in need of a deep cleaning

#### Perfect stay

The rental was perfect for us. It was a quiet area with lots of walking trails. Plus close to everything. Rental had everything a person needs for extended stay and the room set up as an office was perfect since I had to work while there. Would highly recommend this rental.
