This is a studio with an independent entrance, a queen bed, breakfast table for two, microwave, electric burner, hot, cold & filtered drinking water, pots and pans, plates, wine cups, silverware, toaster oven, coffee maker, keurig cup coffeemaker, wardrove, clothes racks, regular size refrigerator, full bathroom, towels and linen, patio area, gas BBQ grill, washer and dryer in unit!!
