Recently remodeled! Putting Green! Summary: Ready to get out on the water?! We are minutes from beaches like Oceanfront Park - we have some of the prettiest beaches in the area! But don't feel like leaving, you could enjoy a comfy slumber in our outdoor hammock or even play a little golf, right out your back door! We're close to cozy restaurants and boutiques along the walkable Ocean Avenue! We have it all right here and would love for you to come and experience all the Old Florida charm :) The Space: ✓ 2 spacious bedrooms ✓ 1 bathroom ✓ 1 living area ✓ Free washer/dryer ✓ Large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances ✓ Outdoor hammock and furniture ✓ Outdoor shower ✓ Beautiful putting green Living Area: Relax and cozy up in the spacious family room equipped with a flat screen TV and couches that will accommodate the whole family! Outdoor Areas: Bring some snacks and soak in the FL sun in the hammock. Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure filled day. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 (downstairs): queen bed with no bathroom attached, Bedroom 2 (upstairs in loft): queen Bed with no bathroom attached, 1 full bathroom is downstairs Location: Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles away. Guest Access: During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire apartment. There are (2) parking spots available to guests. The Neighborhood: Experience Old Florida charm in Boyton Beach! We have amazing restaurants and boutiques along Ocean Avenue. There are canopy-covered walkways leading a wide stretch of sand at Oceanfront Park. QUICK TIP: make sure to check out the giant blue sea turtle sculpture and life-size chess board near the concession stand! There is plenty of shops to check out along Congress Avenue corridor and Renaissance Commons. Check out Jaycee Park or stop by Gulfstream Park. You'll find easy access for canoes, kayaks and paddleboards as well as shaded picnic areas, playground, and areas to relax! Getting Around: Recommend walking, biking, uber/taxi/lyft, or even walking! Other Things to Note: The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card using our third-party system prior to your arrival. Please note that this is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and it will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300\. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera outside - point entrance of unit A, west side to monitor parking, southwest and southeast corner both facing south and east side, these aren't intended to record our guest but for security purposes. We appreciate your understanding! Interaction with Guests: We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
