Dip n' Sip Oasis: Heated pool, close to the beach & Atlantic ave!

Dip into the pool and sip on your favorite drink! This beautiful home has so much to offer for your vacation! We have a fully stocked kitchen including complimentary coffee! Enjoy the outdoor kitchen and bar with a grill, ice maker, refrigerator, and sink! You will have everything you need here at our Dip n sip oasis and it's awesome location. It's just short drive to the beach, dining, nightlife and shopping!

The pool heater is not guest accessible and is locked at 85 degrees. It will run during the day while the pool pump runs. The heater will automatically shut off when exceeding 85 degrees. In the event of very cold weather, the heater will be able to keep the pool 20-25 degrees above the air temp. If you have any questions please contact us for more details.

Neighborhood:

We are located just 2 miles from the beautiful beach, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, and great resturants right on the intercostal. Just a 3 mile drive to Delray Beach where you will find another beautiful public beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife located on Atlantic Ave. We have 2 grocery stores less than a mile from the house so you can grab some hot dogs or hamburgers and have a nice cookout by the pool. Please check out our guest book when you arrive as we have listed some recommendations for dining and activities to do in the area with addresses and descriptions!

•Parties and large gatherings are STRICTLY prohibited without direct permission from owners. Guests inquiring about an event will be asked to provide specific details before it can be approved. If an event takes place at the home without approval the guest will be penalized with a fee, reported, and be told to leave the property immediately.

The host was absolutely the best! Super responsive! Probably the best I’ve ever dealt with. The house had so much to offer. The only reason I didn’t rated it all five was because of the neighborhood. Definitely some good sections, but some sketchy homes as well. I wish there were more options for a rating. I would give it 4.5. We had no issues.

The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor grill area was perfect for gathering around a seafood feast. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Decor was simple and attractive. The owners made the most of the space. Definitely recommend!

A well designed and decorated property inside and out. Every detail needed for an enjoyable stay has been addressed by the owners, including bedding, toiletries, towels, utensils, pots and pans, glasses, paper towels, and dish soap. All tvs work well, including the one outside near the pool. My Son enjoyed sitting in the pool on one of many available inflatables while watching a football game. Several comfortable chairs and various sized tables surround the backyard in a well-conceived design. The property is very clean. The owners kindly respond to queries in a timely manner. You will be happy to choose this property for your vacation stay.

Exactly what we were wanting! We spent 6 days at this amazing property. We didn’t want to leave! Our family & friends were in town to celebrate our wedding. We looked for Venues for our very chill & low key event. After looking around we realized we had the best place for us exactly where we were. The house is VERY clean & well stocked with anything you want. The back patio & pool was the star of the show. The owners are amazing & very responsive! Quite neighborhood close to many things. Fun Florida feel that made our wedding week an amazing celebration!

This was my first time staying at a rental property and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The place was extremely clean, cozy, and everything that we needed was pretty much there. very relaxing

in town for a few days and luckily picked this home to stay in. it is very comfortable, very clean and spacious. It has everything you need for the beach, the pool, cooking, etc. Groceries are just a few minutes away. Several great restaurants close by. I thought the owners have decorated this home with a great balance of vintage & modern. Love the floors and tile. They communicated after check in to make sure we were good. The pool is amazing as is the backyard lighting. It was a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Home sweet Home vibe

Drove 20 hrs to a nice clean home. House is equipped with daily essentials. Everything is specifically labeled. All in all, we left happy and will be coming back for future vacation stay in this home. Quiet neighborhood, pool, good central air, all stores nearby.
