Room to sit around the table for a meal you cooked or bring in some great take out. Bedding is very comfy and fresh white linings make every bed relaxing. Lots of extras included in this condo: high chair, pack n play, games, books, satellite tv, wifi and fully stocked kitchen. We live near by so we can pop over if you have any issues otherwise you won't see us unless you need to! We are happy to make local recommendations for food, shopping and entertainment. You could spend your whole vacation on property at Boyne Mountain. They have a lot of amenities, including restaurants, shops, waterpark, free activities too. Boyne City is 6 miles away and has great dining options, a grocery store and is located on Lake Charlevoix. Petoskey is 15 minutes away and has bigger city amenities. The county has a public transit system that is like a taxi but is a bus. Great for getting to and from Boyne City in the evening. Whole condo access- private entrance. You will also have the amenities of Boyne Mountain on property nightly activities such as fire, lawn games, horse drawn carriages, outdoor movies, etc. This condo has 3 entry doors. Key pad for entry is located on the back side of the condo after you pull through the gate. Sleeps 10 Master Bedroom: Queen, twin, and ensuite 2nd Bedroom: Queen & Twin 3rd Bedroom: (Loft above 2nd bedroom) 2 twin beds Main Living Room: Pull out Queen sofa sleeper On property there is also access to tennis courts, swimming pools, hot tub, gym, golf, water park, lake access at Deer Lake, lawn games, skiing, tubing, and salon. Some do cost extra. Pool and Spa info: The heated pool at the condo association is open seasonally (typically Memorial Day - Labor Day). This is free to use. Their are two resort pools and hot tubs you can use if you purchase day passes at the Main Lodge hotel desk. These passes range in pricing and are subject to availabilitiy. Typically $20-$30\. The Main lodge has a indoor/ outdoor year round heated pool and two hot tubs. The Clock Tower also has a year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Both locations have gyms and can be used with the purchase of the day pass mentioned above. Washer and Dryer are located in a shared building with the condo association. The building is located near the pool. It is a brown building labled- Laundry. It is free. This is a second floor condo. You will have to walk up a set of stairs. There is no elevator. There is a private entrance. All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. Pool and Spa info: The heated pool at the condo association is open seasonally (typically Memorial Day - Labor Day). The central gathering area was very comfortable and the fireplace added the holiday feel. The rooms are spread out just enough to give a level of separation so everyone has time to relax and decompress from vigorous days on the slopes, which are just a parking lot away. The condo was just about the right size for us, but would probably be tight for 10 adults. The location is perfect for Boyne Mountain resort. We were super close to the bunny hill and ski lessons for the kids. We took advantage of all the resort amenities as planned. It was perfect for us! The only thing I’d add is the pool/hot tub is part of the lodge and there is a cost to use it. We ended up going to Avalanche Bay which is super close, but just something to be advised. Coffee and filters, trash bags and towels. Condo is updated and furniture and beds comfortable. Plenty of games and movies for the kids. Very close to ski lift and especially beginner lesson area. Owner communication was prompt and helpful. The only concern is that it is listed as 3 bedroom, 2 bath. There is one very private bed and bath with another large bedroom room with a sleeping loft for other room and a bath. We definitely hope to rent this unit for future family gatherings. ##### Ann M. We were extremely happy with our stay! Lindsay and her husband were very helpful. The condo had lots of beds (mostly single beds though, so that was kind of hard with mostly couples) and there was room for everyone to hangout in the kitchen/living room area. It was very short walk to the lifts and main area at the bottom of the mountain. There wasn’t a lot of information provided—we had to contact the hosts to get the code for the gate and front door when we arrived, it wasn’t provided beforehand. We were able to walk back and forth to the Boyneland lift. There was plenty of room for everyone and no reason to leave. The owner has the condo stocked with games, books and tv’s in every room. Lindsay was quick to respond to all of my questions and even had her cleaning lady stop over to get us more sheets and towels. I especially loved the vaulted ceilings in living room/dining room/kitchen area which gave it the openness and space you needed. We also loved the layout which allowed togetherness and separation. So close to Boyne City/Lake Charlevoix. It was a perfect location. Very very simple cleaning instructions for departure. I wished there’d been some cleaning supplies on site bc I wanted to clean more before we left but that might just be my quirk bc the manager was happy with how we left the property.
