Do not stay here. When arriving you will notice a smell of strong Indian/curry food that does not go away. Open the dishwasher and it’s full of unwashed dishes that look like they’ve been sitting in there for weeks. Dirtiness throughout in the kitchen and unable to use any silverware, cups, plates etc. we could not even cook a meal because of not being able to use any pots or pans because of the filth. Had to go and buy candles and have them on at all times to be able to mask the terrible strong smell. As well as cups, plates and silverware. Unit also was not equipped with basic needs for the stay. Ran out of paper towel the first night of our stay and there was none to be found in the unit. Tried contacting the host with questions regarding our stay and help with locating basics items within the unit and was met with no response. Once again do not stay in this unit!

Although the condo is listed on vrbo as “exquisite” it is not. General, routine maintenance has been ignored. Upon arrival at the condo the first thing you notice is that the trees need to be trimmed, the entry door is barely visible from the parking space. Next, there are several loose boards that have dry rot and need to be replaced. Inside the ceiling, walls and floor boards are dusty, under the beds and couch have not been vacuumed regularly, the window screens are filthy, there is years of dust on top of all the windows, the white ceiling fan is black on the fan blades from dust, upstairs the air return vent for the unit is clogged with dust.The fan in the master bathroom makes an odd noise, probably from excess dust. The plug for the tub in the master bathroom is missing. The jets are dirty. The headboard is broken on one of the beds. There is missing dry wall on the corner of the tub in the master bathroom. There are not mattress covers in any of the beds. The kitchen was the worst of all…the oven had been sprayed with cleaner and then never wiped out rendering the oven unusable. EVERY kitchen utensil, plate, cup, glass, pot, pan, coffee maker, and heating element in the dishwasher was covered with a hard water/calcium film. We purchased a gallon of vinegar and cleaned the items we wanted to use. We did request jet dry rise aid and a coffee pot the first morning and both were delivered hours later after we had already cleaned things to make them usable.
