This 3 Bedroom + Loft 3 Bathroom Condo will not disappoint! Enjoy the open living space that provides a warm and inviting area for the entire group to gather for food, fun, and the beautiful fire. Also, TVs are located in the main bedroom, bedroom 2, and the great room to take a break from all the outdoor action. WiFi is included too! Coin operated washers and dryers are conveniently located out the front door in the center of the complex. Completely remodeled kitchen/living area is just a few of the higher end additions that these owners have provided to accommodate their guests. This condo is a short walk to the heart of Boyne Mountain where you can easily access Avalanche Bay, the front of Boyne Mountain including Boyneland Chair lift, a variety of restaurants and shopping as well as all of the other activities that Boyne Mountain offers to guests. We had a fun group of 12 people, and the space was perfect for what we needed! Ample separated space from the main living area. The hosts were very responsive to questions and ensured all our needs were met. The “community” is less than a 5 minute walk to the chair lift (10/10 recommend) and the condo itself was a hop skip and jump from the pool. Lots to do all within walking distance (which was our main goal). The condo itself could certainly use some updating. I assume it gets lots of use, but where the carpet is coming up is duct taped, and just few cosmetic details that could be overall improved for the price. Boyne Mountain has good resources in the lodge (restaurants, etc.) and the surrounding property is beautiful. The location also provides easy access to Petosky/Harbor Springs and points further north (45 minutes to Wilderness State Park -- amazing!). The condo itself has everything one might need -- a nice kitchen, comfortable living room, great bedrooms. Despite the new renovation, already showing some slight signs of wear-and-tear (some frayed rug areas where rug meets tile) which -- for the price -- ideally would be touched up. Very easy to walk over and experience all that Boyne Mountain has to offer. We walked to ski and tube. Parking is on the property. This made unloading and loading car very easy. The property manager notified us of the gate & door code prior to arriving. The kitchen and living room was spacious. Decent counter space to prep and cook meals. Everything was provided to cook meals in. Bedrooms were large. The beds are comfortable. Extra blankets were available. Bathrooms were clean and soaps were provided. There were plenty of towels. Property manager provided garbage bags & paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher washer pods. We were a large group and this was enough to get our visit started. The couch is comfy and provided a great space to watch football and play games. The kitchen table was large. The only thing. I wish. is there were 2 additional chairs. There are 4 chairs. We were a large group, maybe place 2 folding chairs in the Master closet to provide extra seating. If you are renting soon, maybe throw 2 folding chairs in the car. Overall, we loved the unit!
