It's worth mentioning that the apartment is situated along a bustling road, and there are residents residing in the unit above and shared walls. Further, this is an efficiency style apartment. It has a unique layout with a lofted bedroom that requires a few steps up a couple of stairs. The ceiling in the bedroom area is low, so you will most likely not be able to stand straight up.
