Welcome to 2 Timbers, A newly constructed 5-bed, 4-full bathroom luxury retreat. located in the Reserve at Boyne Mountain. Luxury living, spa bathrooms, with with a large outdoor entertaining area & hot tub await. The wooded lot is tucked into the peak of the Reserve in close proximity to ski in-out access. The unique location at the highest elevation makes ski-in/out accessible without having to drive or use the shuttle.   
  
\*\*\*\*LOCATION \*\*\*\*  
Boyne Mountain is a fantastic getaway to Northern Michigan while also providing an abundance of on-site experiences. In the winter, Boyne Mountain is Michigans most popular and visited ski resort. In the summer, Boyne Mountain offers the Alpine and Monument golf courses, 2 of the best public courses in the state of Michigan.   
\- At the base of the association entrance you can enjoy private Deer Lake beach access, which is shallow. Hungry? No need to move as The Beach House Restaurant and Tiki bar are located at the base of the association. The Deer Lake public boat launch is < 1 mile away for boating and fishing.  
\- Bike trail can be taken from the Reserve to Boyne City. In the winter the trail can be used for cross country skiing.  
\- Quick access to Avalanche Bay, Boyne's indoor water park, Solace Spa, Boyne Mountain SkyBridge etc.   
\-.Boyne Mountain allows for close proximity to Lake Charlevoix, Walloon, and the ferry to Mackinac Island is an hour away.

 \*Main Floor Bedroom 2 - Two sets of bunk beds, flat screen TV.  
 \*Main Floor Bedroom 3 - Queen bed and flat screen TV.

Living area 9' foot ceilings with 85" flat screen, 12' shuffle board table, wet bar with mini fridge and an additional Keurig.

Ample outdoor living space which includes a main floor screened porch and super-sized lower level deck. Plenty of seating and space to relax. You do not need to worry about running out of propane! On demand natural gas grill and fire pit await.

Cannot say enough good things about this house! Walking in we were impressed with the cleanliness and how well stocked the kitchen and living areas were. Bedrooms had very comfortable beds and linens. The layout of the house gave everyone plenty of space, storage racks for skis, boot warmers and privacy. The decor was beautiful and the owners put a lot of attention into the details to make staying here enjoyable and carefree. We were able to jump right onto the ski slopes by driving around the block and parking at the HOA cabin. We will definitely return here again.

This place was amazing! Everything was very high end. The kitchen was truly the most equipped kitchen we’ve ever stayed at. They even supplied baggies, tin foil and so forth. We needed nothing. The amenities were good fun. They have adult games and kid toys, shuffle board game is good fun, hot tub was great, firepit and everything else. Layout for our family was perfect. Bathrooms were spa like. Honestly top 3 of all the places we stayed over the years.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Boyne Mountain area and would love to come back as ski season begins.The home was a fantastic option, with close proximity to the activities we planned. Our family spent the weekend at Avalanche Bay waterpark, and the new house was well stocked and met our needs perfectly.
