It has 3 true bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, master suite has king bed, second bedroom has two queen bunk beds, and 3rd enclosed bedroom has two queen beds. (Note: The basement is a one bedroom condo with an additional full kitchen and laundry area extending the sleeping capacity to 18 if rented separately - it's unit 735 on our website). The Area: Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets. The kids loved the bunk beds, which are huge beds. The place had such a great Up North theme with the decorations it was very cozy. The kitchen had everything you could want for home cooked meals. It was fantastic to sit by the fire at night with the snow falling outside. Although technically not ski in/ski out, we could walk about 100 yards across the parking lot to the easy green Boyneland and put our skis on and ski down to the lodge and bunny hill/lesson area. This was excellent not having to drive 3 kids in a car and walk through the lodge. We actually had two unused beds even with 6 people. We would definitely stay here again ##### Doug O. Only wish there was more flexibility with the check-in and check-out time. Shout out to the housekeeper who found a bag of gear and reached out to management so we could get it back before we left. The condo had everything we needed. It took us a day to realize how close we were to the ski hill access (no lift required!).
