This home is spacious & well laid out with a primary bedroom/ ensuite at one end of the house & two bedrooms with second full bath at the other. In the middle is the living room and dining/kitchen. The space is open & flows well right to the back yard. There you are greeted with a large patio & new deck furnature. The back yard is big and great for a game of football or soccer. Walk to town from here for an afternoon of shopping or evening dinner. I live locally and can be available when needed. Walkable neighborhood. 1/2 mile to downtown and the water front. 6 minutes to Boyne Mountain Full access to home. Basement and garage is locked and not accessable. All main floor living. No stairs in the house. Living room Kitchen and Dining area are open and spacious. Primary bedroom (King bed) and ensuite full bath with seperate shower and jacuzzi tub. TV + Roku 2nd bedroom (Queen and Twin roll away). TV + Roku 3rd bedroom (Queen and Twin) TV + Roku Laundry room. Outdoor front and back patio. Back patio has outdoor sofa and propane firepit. Pet friendly please inquire before booking! All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. The yard was lush with beautiful plants. Everything was comfortable and very clean. We have rented several vacation places in Boyne City and this would be in our top three. This home was close to town and we rode our bikes to the lake several times. There was a large backyard for our dog as well. The kitchen and laundry room were great. While the location was ideal, next door to us appeared to be the owner in their camper who came on our deck unannounced while we were there which was a little awkward.
