Well, that is where this fabulous 1 bedroom home is situated. Offering a full en-suite master bedroom, as well as a separate living area where you will sleep two of your family/friends in a comfy double bed. There is an additional bath for any and all guests and friends to use and not disturbing your privacy. The living, kitchen, dining area are all open to each other. The covered porch lends a covered haven from the possible rainy day, and a great place to sit and enjoy the sunny days. You will have all the comforts of home as you come and go enjoying all the beauty of the area, be it Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter! You will be within a football field length of 4 food and beverage establishments, with one being directly across the street, so no need to worry about dinner if you did not want to. You will be within 1 block of the City Beach and all the beautiful sunsets that occur there. The beach is a spectacular spot to swim, watch the boats, read a book, watch the sunset, stargaze, you name it!
