"I stayed at this property for a week with my siblings and in-law. There were four adults all together, and we all had a great time.One of the excellent features of this place is the location on Newton Pond. It's a large piece of property surrounded on three sides by water. There were a few levels to the land, which made it great for gathering outside while still having privacy. The water was great for swimming. We didn't have any issues with obtrusive weeds in the water. If you've ever gone swimming in a freshwater pond, you'll know what to expect.There were a few very hot days during our trip. There isn't central air conditioning, and there's no air conditioning in the kitchen or main rooms. However, I can verify that all three bedrooms have working wall-unit air conditioners. They're older models, so the controls might be unfamiliar. However, they definitely work. I was very comfortable sleeping in my bedroom.The main room of the house is beautiful, and there's a small TV in there, which we hooked up to our laptop via HDMI to watch streaming channels. There's a large new TV in the basement with lots of streaming options. That room doesn't have AC, so it can get humid and a little musty there. However, that's what it's like when you have a basement in a wooded area. We didn't spend much time indoors during the day anyways.We loved our stay there. Swimming was a big component for us, and we weren't disappointed. We swam pretty much all day. It was very nice."
