"Very poor wi-fi. Right now there is construction and a lot of noise. I believe owners were supposed to inform about construction on there website. Mosquitoes in the room and they doing nothing to eliminate this issue. I was staying in this hotel 5 or 6 times and everything was great. Now is new owner and all respect to customers gone. Suggest to avoid this hotel for your stay in Plovdiv."

Let' us check in ridiculously early and we were able to stay an extra night when our onward travel plans fell through. Nothing was too much and we are so grateful to them. Don't let the fact that it's a 3-star hotel fool you; believe me, you can easily find a level of comfort here that you'd be hard-pressed to find even in a 5-star hotel.
