Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves. Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats. Please make sure to bring your bumpers!. 4\. Culverts & Bridges: Be sure to lower your Bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts. Appearances can be deceiving, and the water levels can flucuate daily! 5\. Life Jackets: While a variety of life jackets are provided, they are not guaranteed in every size. Please bring life jackets specific to individual needs. 6\. Security Camera Disclosure: We take your privacy very seriously. However, this home is monitored by 5 exterior security cameras in the following locations: 1) Exterior corners of the house 2) Boathouse 3) Storage area (Owners only) 4) One in the laundry room, but the camera is covered 7\. Boat/Jet Ski Trailers: The HOA prohibits the storage of boat or jet-ski trailers on the property. The decor and furnishings were fabulous. The house included so many usable spaces, covered decks, enclosed deck outside dock with a table and bar the amenities go on and on and on.
