Outside, a 16 x 8 m alfresco patio flows onto the lawn, with a fire pit, hot tub and lounge seating. For events, a 12 x 6 m marquee can be easily installed on the deck, creating a beautiful setting for long lunches, celebrations and intimate weddings. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire Riverside home and attached Annex, alfresco areas, spa, games rooms and surrounding lawns, with river access.
