« Seven women over 70 spent 5 days in the apartment, and it was wonderful. The location is perfect. Instead of feeling like you are in the chaos of New York, you feel part of the neighborhood. Central Park was a short walk away. We even saw a film being made at the end of the block. Everything in the apartment is new and fresh. Will book again the next time we are in New York. We even discussed the book for about 3 minutes. »

Petit café et vendeur de pizza presqu'à tout heure au coin de la rue. Points négatifs : vétuste, mal isolé et bruyant car donne sur une arrière-cour avec une soufflerie en continue. There were 8 of us between babies, children, and adults, and this property met all our expectations. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There are towels, pillows, and extra blankets. « My daughter and I stayed in a different property than this one, they had to move us because of some plumbing issues at the one we booked. But no matter, the place we ended up staying was absolutely amazing! It was probably better than the one that we were booked for because we were just a couple of blocks from Lincoln Center the property itself was very clean and easy to get in and out of. I would absolutely want to book with this company again! »

« My daughter was doing a college program near the location of this apartment so we took our chances .... so glad we did. What a great apartment and location. Yes, the bridge traffic dumps out here but it really wasn't loud at all. And the neighborhood around it has tons to offer. Management company was top notch and responded quickly to any emails I sent. « This place was exactly as pictured. The owner went out of his way to help us check in early and took good care of everything from start to finish. The location is perfect, close to excellent restaurants and attractions and public transportation. We ran the air conditioning for most of our stay, which worked beautifully in cooling the place, but also kept any noise from our ears. The building feels very secure.
