Clean newer hotel, nice room, comfortable bed. Only down side was a lot of dust in room especially bathroom vent, a towel supposed to be clean was dirty yellow stain on towel. But nice place.

Fun and colorful with nice lobby, plenty of seats and cubbies to do work from. Rooms are typical for what you pay for. Dog friendly!!

LynnOur apologies for the road noise you experienced during your stay. Bowling Green can be quite busy during the Spring and Summer tourist seasons. We're glad you enjoyed the other aspects of our property, and if you're in the Bowling Green area again in the future, please visit again. We have amenities such as earplugs available at the front desk, should guests be adversely affected by the noises other travelers and guests can make while visiting. Have a wonderful 2024!

We were just in town for one night and was greeted well and was a timely checkin, had free fresh coffee and hot chocolate option out front. The room was clean, and was so many dining options around town. Will definitely stay again

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and had a large variety of items to choose from. The pool was not working when we were there so that should be listed in the site just in case someone was booking for an indoor pool.

First time staying at a Tru property. It was neat, clean, & comfortable with a modern style I think appeals to a younger crowd. It’s also very bare bones as far as amenities. No closet or dresser to store clothing; SMALL fridge and nothing more in the room. Tile floors through out the room; no carpet. Bathroom was nice; a big walkin shower, but no handle on the inside of the shower door to close it with(?). We were only there one night, and I wouldn’t want to stay multiple days living out of a suitcase. Breakfast was included, however the “build your own” breakfast is nothing different than the serve yourself breakfast bar offered by other chains.

Friendly front desk person! Wondering why the pool was closed!!! Part of my selection of this hotel was the indoor pool! Disappointed it was closed, looked like it was operating, but a sign on door saying it was closed

Soaps and lotions are in containers on the wall that must be squeezed very hard. Not doable for anyone with arthritis or weakness in their hands. Would have been impossible to deal with if my husband wasn’t there to stand outside the shower and help me. Also, rooms r small with absolutely no drawer space.

Great place to stay, clean, good breakfast and staff friendly and helpful, only issue we had was our heating/cooling system would not turn off so we had a somewhat sleepless night because of this. Called front desk and she tried to move us but again could not turn off system in the other room, Shelley was very helpful and polite.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tru by Hilton. The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and we appreciated the lack of clutter--no coffee maker (there was coffee 24-7 in the lobby) and simple environmentally friendly soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. The breakfast was good and convenient.

Clean hotel, good service, thin walls
We stayed here one night while traveling back home. Hotel is clean, very nice. Service is good. Main issue is the sound. Walls and floors are very thin. Around 1 AM, it sounded like a soccer match going on the floor above us, and the voices next door to us very loud through the walls. I feel people were walking and talking mostly at normal levels.
