Room was filthy. Multiple electrical outlets had no power. Called front desk multiple times during the day to inform them, but no answer. Also tried ringing the bell at the window and no answer. During my stay the front office was never open. No access to speak to someone to help with my questions/concerns. I can’t rate the staff because I only dealt with one person the entire time, and that was through a tiny window during check-in.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were close to the Hospital to visit a friend. Room was clean carpet could use an upgrade but everything else was fine.

The place was cheap. The rooms were dirty. One bed had a blood stain another had hair all over the sheets. I would not stay there again unless I had no other choice.

We arrived late it to took a while to get someone to answer the phone to let us check in, when we got to our room there were two cockroaches one on each table.. the room had an odd cleaning fluid smell

The property was adaquite however one of the rooms had blood stained sheets. Breakfast was unavailable on the weekend had to go to a restaurant across the street. The accomidations were made through Hotels.com so no discounts were accepted at this location. The manager said if you call directly they might accept AAA but not through a third party.

You could smell mildew. The bathroom door would not close and door knob was nearly off. Carpet needed cleaning. You could feel the wire through the mattress which was extremely hard. Pool looked good but towels were limited to two towels per day for three people.

Arrived at property.rang night bell.waited.rang again.finally fithy unkempt man comes out with negative unprofessional attitude from word go.checked in got coins from him for machine whitch was ordeal in itself trying to undetstad him.neither machine works encountered three people strung out on drugs just loitering around.saw a sighn he had water.go to window guy was on phone.takes attitude what do you want.neither machine works could i get a couple waters.attitude again with im on the phone.had enough with attitude told him thats fine i will just leave you a five star review if its that big of a deal to get water.starts currsing f you.comes out of his office steps in front of me more f you.give me my key or i will lock you out.in my face aggressive to the point i told him to back up.was so aggressive my next move was to protect myself.police came.he told them i was drunk hadn't even had a beer.most unprofessional business person i have ever encounteted.fithy unkempt man with a fithy unkempt hotel.shady.fithy place.Do NOT STAY HERE.i have traveled extensively and to dozens of countries.never encounteted anthing like this ever.told police he would re fund.never did.

I would suggest to start updating the flooring in the rooms. The carpet felt like it’s never been shampooed. And it left my feet black so something isn’t right there! And the paint! It needs to be updated to a lighter colors. Those yellow and brown is not working!

Really nice place to stay!
Very nice place. Clean rooms and grounds. Very quiet. The staff were very nice. We had driven all night, and had a 2 month old, they let us check in early to one of the rooms. This was very helpful.
