"We had a very comfortable stay at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Bonvoy. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff were very nice, and the breakfast was excellent. The price by far beats other comparable hotels like Home 2 Suites in the Scottsdale area, with excellent access to the main highways. Lovely stay overall!"

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room was absolutely disgusting and we had to check out early. I had the manager walk the room and they agreed because of condition. I am working with Hotels.com to get a refund. I saw the reviews were somewhat low, but I’ve never seen anything like it. The drains were completely clogged with hair and would not drain at all so we could not take showers or even wash our hands. There was mold in many different places in the room, the sheets are dirty, the chair was dirty, the floors were disgusting. There is a car wash next-door that blast music starting at 7 AM so you will wake up to that. I got management and had them walk-through the room and they said they were having problems with the cleaners ??? but they rented it to me anyways ??? thought I could save a little bit of money and be close to old town and it was a big mistake. Do not stay here, I should’ve turned around and walked away when I was checking in when I saw that the front desk person sleeps in a bed behind the front desk and there is a basic washer/dryer that they are doing the laundry in so it’s not getting clean or sanitized. My bad, we were in a hurry, unloaded our luggage and went to a concert. I am not picky, as I hunt and stay in a lot of different motels and hotels, but this was beyond anything I’ve ever seen. "
