Beautifully positioned at the meeting point of the Androscoggin River and Merrymeeting Bay, this sunny home in Bowdoinham enjoys views of the water and easy access to the beauties of Midcoast Maine. This two-level, bay view home is located between the town of Bowdoinham and Baxter State Forest, close to Pleasant Point on the water and a few miles' drive from the many restaurants, shops, and conveniences in Topsham and Brunswick. As you enter, you'll be greeted by wood-paneled walls, a living room with a flatscreen cable TV to your left, and a dining room to your right. Towards the rear of the home is a fully appointed kitchen with every essential; it connects to an enclosed sun room with another dining table, a game table, and views of the bay in the distance. In the evenings, you'll find one bedroom and one full bathroom on the main floor and two bedrooms and one more full bathroom upstairs. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi throughout the house. Things to Know Full kitchen Two dogs up to 20 pounds are welcome for a nightly fee Level 2, 50 amp EV Charging Station. They provide quite a bit of sample items such as ( shampoo, soap, dish detergent, laundry soap etc) The view from the porch is beautiful however you can’t enjoy it outdoors in the chairs under the shade trees because of the brown tailed moths.
