Set on over 14 private acres, this home is perfect for families, couples, and groups looking to unwind in comfort and style. Surrounded by quiet woods, a reflecting pond, and mountain views, it offers the kind of peaceful seclusion that makes the Catskills magical—yet you're still close to charming towns like Andes, Delhi, and Roxbury. Inside the Home The open-concept main floor includes a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a large dining area, and a spacious living room with a 70” Samsung Smart TV. The sitting room offers another cozy spot for reading or relaxing. A front deck looks out over the reflecting pond, while the covered back porch is perfect for outdoor dining or BBQs. The main floor primary suite includes a king bed, en suite bathroom, and blackout curtains for sleeping in or catching a sunrise in comfort. Upstairs Living The second floor acts like its own private suite. A door at the top of the stairs creates extra privacy for guests or families. Upstairs features a bonus room with soft carpet, a futon, and a TV—great for movie time, yoga, or meditation. Three additional bedrooms share a full bathroom, providing flexible sleeping space for families or groups.
