A 10 min walk away is the town of Alcudia, with its many narrow pedestrian streets, restaurants and where you can do all kinds of shopping, or simply stroll along its wonderful medieval walls, dating from the fourteenth century and declared a Historic-Artistic Site. The gate of Villa Mestral, opens to the entrance of a majestic stone house, surrounded by a garden with tropical plants, palm trees and olive trees. The villa is built on a single square floor, offering excellent comfort and security when moving around the house. It is accessed by a terrace overlooking the mountains, and where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. It has four spacious and bright double bedrooms, with air conditioning with additional supplement, and four en suite bathrooms, a comfortable living room with satellite TV channels, bluetooth sound tower and Wi-Fi. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and has a large table for 8 people, from there you can access the terrace overlooking the pool, the Atalaya and the village of Alcudia. The pool area is ideal to enjoy board games, ping pong.... The barbecue area is located in another environment, in front of the pool and on a porch, where it is also located, the laundry room and a bathroom. In addition, this area is very comfortable, as it has its own kitchen with appliances, and where meals can be different. An exceptional property to enjoy a quiet vacation in Alcudia, the municipality with more character in the north of Mallorca. The inside is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. There are plenty of spaces outside to hang out and an amazing pool for hot summer days. Pool area & facilities great. Easy 10 minute walk into the old town which is beautiful with its narrow streets & architecture.
