WE HAVE TO GRILL IN A COMFORTABLE AND NICE PATIO, THE POOL IS POOL IS COMMUNITY IS PRETTY AND SAFE FOR CHILDREN  
IN THE HOUSE WE HAVE CHAIRS, UMBRELLA AND ICE CREAM TO TAKE A WONDERFUL BEACH DAY  
NEAR THERE ARE SUPERMARKETS (WALMART AND CHEDRAUI), COMMERCIAL CENTER AND MANY PARTIES WHERE TO EAT NEAR WHAT MAKES IT VERY ATTRACTIVE  
THIS HOUSE IS 10 MIN FROM THE BEACH IN CARRO, THE BEACHES NEAR ARE THOSE OF PLAYA DEL CARMEN (PLAYA DE LA 38, MAMITAS) AND MANY CLUB OF PLAYA NEAR  
IS 40 MIN OF BEACHES IN THE RIVIERA MAYA AS XPUHA, AKUMAL, XCACEL TO TULUM AND MAROMA BEACH (TO CANCUN), PUERTO MORELOS AND MANY BEACHES MORE  
XCARET IS AT LESS THAN 30 MIN AND ALL THEMATIC PARKS, THE MOTORWAY TO MERIDA AND HOLBOX IS A BOX WHERE MERIDA IS LESS THAN 3 HOURS AND HOLBOX AT 1:30 MIN  
  
THE FIFTH AVENUE IS 10 MIN FROM HOME TO WALK AND WALK IT AND SPEND AN INCREDIBLE NIGHT EVENING  
  
A house in which you can spend wonderful moments with your closed ones. With enough room for up to 10 adults, friends or family, and being located in a very peaceful and pleasant spot.   
We have a comfy patio with BBQ, a beautiful shared pool, safe for children.   
Many supermarkets are near (Walmart, Chedraui), malls, and many eating spots.  
The house is equipped with chairs, parasols and coolers, which you can take to spend a wonderful beach day.  
The nearest beaches are within a 10 minute trip by car, closest ones being Playa del Carmen (Playa de la 38, Mamitas), with many beach clubs close.  
40 minutes away, we have the Riviera Maya, Xpuha, AKUMAL, Xcacel, Tulum, Maroma Beach (Close to Cancun), Puerto Morelos, and many more beaches and spots.  
Xcaret is a 30 min ride away, along with all the many theme parks.   
The highway to Merida is also close, that way is Merida about 3 hours away, and Holbox about 90 minutes away.  
  
The main avenue (Fifth Avenue) is also very close, with many restaurants, shops and night clubs, avaible to spend a incredible evening and night.
