#### good except for a rooster

apartment itself is very nice and location as well but you will be kept up at night by barking dogs and be woken up at around 4 a.m. every morning by a rooster that someone in the neighborhood owns. the last night was a holiday so people in the apartment next-door were partying until very late so we didnt get any sleep. i realize these things are out of their control but it is still frustrating. overall yes apartment is nice and owner is very responsive but beware of the rooster!!
