It is very cozy and secured with as surveillance camera, smoke alarm and fire alarm in the apartment floors It's situated in a neighborhood with a lot of restaurant, pharmacy and convenience store around like Tan Son Nhat Airport ( 9km to get there ), Mien Tay Bus Station, Aeon Mall …. ( 10km to get there ) It's very accessible as it's easy to get a taxi to and from the area, downtown, between District 1 and District 5, District 3,4,8,10…Get to Ben Thanh Market only 3 minutes by car
