Our stay was dampened by a 2 day rain event but the unit was comfortable enough to let us decompress and binge watch some TV and back to the beach when it cleared up. Close to restaurants and Ft. Pierce for grocery shopping and the hosts had a bottle of wine and flowers waiting for us on arrival. Everything you need is in the condo. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. We always bring our own chairs and beach umbrella but it's nice to know they are there for your use. Had a small issue with the air conditioning and Kurt was there within the hour to remedy the situation. We don't frequent restaurants and I found everything needed to cook our meals. Easy walk to the beach and pool. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. We spent 21 days in this condo. It's our second time at this particular one. I would never consider another condo in OV. A huge thank you to Kurt and Melody. The flowers and wine are such a nice touch after a long drive.
